Our Services
DPN Hardware
Physical DPN devices are sold with a 1-year warranty. We provide setup support and troubleshooting. Hardware modifications may void warranty. Return policy applies within 30 days of purchase.
User Responsibilities
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for illegal activities, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that could harm our systems or other users. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Payment & Billing
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels. We do not store payment information on our servers.
Billing Cycles
Subscription services are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Billing occurs on the same date each cycle. We'll send payment reminders before each billing date.
Refunds & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Hardware purchases are eligible for full refund within 10 days. 50% refund on our Software subscriptions if you're subscribed less than 10 days. See our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
Late Payments
Services may be suspended for non-payment after 1 day. We'll attempt to contact you before suspension. Account reactivation is immediate upon payment of outstanding balance.
Privacy & Data Protection
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures including regular security audits, penetration testing, and employee security training.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All DeeperNet software, AI models, documentation, and branding are our intellectual property. Users receive a limited license to use our services but may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of all content and data you create or upload using our services. We do not claim ownership of your work. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.
DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe our services infringe on your copyrights, please contact us with a DMCA notice. We'll investigate and respond promptly to valid claims.
Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of AI outputs, or that our services will meet all your specific needs.
Limitation of Damages
Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
